You'll need
- The white MOVICOL sachets (in the kitchen)
- M&S Drinking Chocolate tin (purple label)
- Kitchen scales
- Fiona's Mr Men mug
- Kettle + cold milk
- Marshmallows

Add the MOVICOL. Tip one whole sachet (6g) into the mug. That's the full dose — use the whole thing.

Add 17.5g of M&S Drinking Chocolate to the mug (weigh it in).

Boil the kettle. Pour hot water into the mug until it's about half to three-quarters full. Stir well until everything dissolves.

Top up with cold milk to the brim. It should be warm, not hot.

Add marshmallows and serve.

The MOVICOL is tasteless — she won't notice it. Use one whole sachet every time, no more, no less.
